as for my riddle:
three men are looking for a place to stay, on the side of a hotel they see a banner that says one room for 30 dollars. This is perfect because each man has 10 dollars.
so they walk to the front desk clerk, hand him the money and go and move thier luggage up to the room.
after an hour or so, the clerk realizes that there was a misprint on the banner, and the room was only supposed to cost 25 dollars. So, the clerk takes 5 one dollar bills out of the register and hands it to the bellhop who earlier helped the men move thier bags up.
the bellhop, knowing that there are three men who cannot split five dollars evenly, takes two and puts it in his pocket as a tip, and then proceedes to give each man one dollar.
So, each man has paid 9 dollars for the room. 3 x 9 = 27
you add the two dollars in the bellhops pocket to the 27 dollars and you get 29.
what happened to the last dollar?
